What to do?...

Well, the deal broke down with somone about the ZXR250 i have, and now i cant decide on what to do with it

Its crash damaged and could need anythign from £200 worth of repairs to over £600! Not sure what state the engine is in, wasnt running its best when i came off it. All round fairings could do with repair/replacing/respraying.

So what do i do with it? input i think is needed.

I could sell it as it is. Maybe worth £400?? No idea.

Or do it up. Theres restoring it to its former gloory, but i dont think id find original fairings ANYWHERE! Or theres streetbikeing it or even bodging different ones to fit. And maybe a bigger engine

But would it be worth it

could try flogging it on ebay, as spares or repair, set the reserve at say £350 and see how it goes.

Have a proper look into getting the engine sorted - you never know, you may be pleasently surprised.

Well, what is there to making a sports bike a street fighter?

I know/thing it would need:

New front fairing with lights
New bars
New tail/seat
Front fender
Working engine
Clean engine
Belly pan?
Full respray
Maybe a powdercoated colour frame

Just wondering what it would look like when complete. Anyone got any pics of a sportbike turned street fighter?
