here are a few pics of kenya that i got back from yesterday, these are places around the diani area! one of the most beautiful places i have seen! bit too many tourists but not too bad.
at some point i will post some pics from the philippines that i went to in december.

went with 3 other kite surfers
its is the windy season there but vanished the week i was there, only got to have a little play on the day before i left!

haha! gutted buddy! dubai's just had a really windy week i've been tearing up on my 8 metre!

what gear you got? i've got an 06 Naish Boxer 16, 05 129 Naish Thorn and an 04 Airush Flow 8 (i work for the naish dealer out here so get my gear at cost price Wink )

just at the stage of getting on the board, need to get more stable. but want to get further hence the trip, looks like i am going to have to stick to the cold waters of brighton for the near future.
bet dubai is class for it, went upto have a look at Nyali beach too, its better suited for beginners but the centre is at a really swanky hotel, if you can already do it diani would be the place to go as the water is great as its shallow plus a nice sandbar, plus a nicer surrounding. went with my mate marcus who also rides and runs this travel company

good on ya for taking up an extreme sport! i've only been riding for a year so i'm not that great, only one footed board offs and the like and i can almost kite loop Wink

Dubai's pretty good for it around this time of year, water's cooling down a bit though but still ripping it up in boardies and a rash vest Razz

i've only been abroad for a kite trip once and that was last month, went to a lil island called boracay! kiting by day and getting pissed/stoned/laid every night fugging brilliant! Thumbs Up

you have to be pissing me! i started to learn in boracay, i did a 4 day course at ocean republic in the first few days of december!
haven't got any kit yet, borrowing my mates gear, mainly borrowed a north 14 metre and a X-shooter board.
boracay was a good place need to post some pics at some point, but so many tourists.
you are fecing lucky to be in a warm place to do it!

no way! holy shit!!! my 'boss' ian shaw is good mates with the guy who runs the show at ocean republic! bloody small world!! yeh it is started to get a hot tourist spot, but still gotta love it! There was guy there, paid him 20 quid for the whole week at 9 in the morning every morning my kite would be unpacked pumped up and ready to rock! it was brill!

i'm so glad my parents live in dubai it's great! it's warm!
