Following on from this post https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=72094&highlight=fucking+hell
where i only had 58 bhp because it was running sooo lean, i now have the bike back with a K&N and dynojet and it now has 96.5 bhp and feels smooth through the whole rev range and obviously alot faster

Cool Cool

it pays to have your bike dyno'd to see whats happening Laughing

Well they'll probably say give it a dyno run first to see whats happening then will say we can do this and that with a dyno kit may not be worth it on yours but definately was on mine and my brothers although they didn't get that much extra power 5-6 bhp they smoothed it out alot and has made it alot nicer to ride getting rid of the flat spot at around 5-6ooo revs

I was thinking the other day how much of a rip off dynojet kits are. You get a few jets which cost a pound or so each, maybe needles and circlips, spray tubes and possibly springs. Thats about £10 of stuff you can buy seperatly for close on £100! Confused Shocked

Fuck me, 40bhp down!

Shocked

I've been wanting to stick my bike on a dyno now it's running OK and after seeing that episode of Top Gear where they tested the 70's supercars to see how much bhp they'd lost. Would be quite interesting to see what it's actually making.
