Anyone know anything about these, where to get spares etc?

Its a 1991 Suzuki SX200RM, its got a T&T etc and i got it bloody cheap for bimbling round the old lanes, marshes etc. Want a few bits like an oil filter, air filter and clutch side gasket as theres a very slight leak from the casing. Now the bike looks a lot like the DR200 but with slightly different plastics.
Anyone know anything about these bikes or wheres a good place to source Jap import bits and bobs? Only bloody websites ive found are japanese or Russian and neither language is my strong point.
Any help would be appreciated.

looks very similar to a dr200

thats a 2002 dr200

frame, engine, tank, seat all look the same the only difference i can see there is the rear plastics are different

why not just get DR parts seems like they'll go on ok? or am i missing something...
