Got some silkolene pro FST and my bike runs how it should...
*no carb icing
*no cutting out after 5 mins of riding
*no flat spot at 4000rpm

why did'nt i get some of this stuff months ago....

if your bike gets carb icing i say get some and try it, its f##king ace.

never had the need for this stuff personally, but as soon as my brother got his RS50 it was suffering, I kept getting phonecalls to go and rescue him (hes new to biking bless him and gets very scared) so I treated him to a bottle of that magic juice,

sorted the problems strait away, I don't get any more distress calls.
cost £8 form MPS and lasts ages mixing a film cap full into a tank full of petrol. Thumbs Up

yer al will give you a PM in a months time,

the good thing about it is it dose not damage the motor at all, and cleans valves and carbs, stops carb icing alot Very Happy ..

and Whosthedaddy i got it from my local bike shop,, if they sell silkolene goods they should get some for you if you ask..

but i cant say how good this stuff is, got rid of my flat spot as well....i love it Mr. Green

I've already used a synthetic something to protect the jets when the bike is stationary (prevents formation of gum in the carbs), does this sound like a similar product?

this is from the lable....

gards against cold starts engine wear, carburettor icing and fuel system corrosion. combats carburettor sticking and jet blocking. effective in all unleaded fuels. for 2 and 4 stroke engines. reduces engine "knok"(pre-ignition) mix 1% to every tank full.....
