I've only ever used dunlops once. It must be about 15 years ago & to be honest I hated them. They had a triangular shaped profile so they were really twitchy when upright or on a slight lean angle, you always felt like you were going to fall over. If you commited & threw the bike over in a bend they felt great, very stable.
They're probably completely different now, but thats my experience with dunlops.

I had some dunlop sportmax ones on the monster. Amazing in the dry but a slight sign of damp or wet they were poor, just didn't warm up.

Using Continental Road attacks now. Best set of fooking tyre's I've had. So I'm a bridgestone and Conti fan, dunlops I wasn't impressed by in the wet.

dunlops are ok when compared to bridgestones, if you can get a pair of them!

Only dunlops I have had the misfortune to come across were the Arrowmaxes, and they were enough to put me of the brand for life!

I personally rate Avons and Bridgestones, Avons for a long life and Bridgestone for better grip is usually the way it is. Smile

they were like driving on plastic. no grip at all, wet or dry.

some people swear by them though.

I've had,

BT010's
BT020's
D207's
D208's

Not had a problem with any of them. Thumbs Up

King's tyres and Avon is another story, cheap pieces of shite.

Unless you're going on the track the money you save on Avon's is not worth the damage when you get caught out in the rain.

If it aint good in both it aint worth using.
