My beloved GPX has gone Crying or Very sad

Sold.

Paid for and collected.

Was my first 'big' bike, and I'll miss her Crying or Very sad

The front of the house looks empty without her Confused

Goodbye, my sweet. I hope the new owner cares for you the way I did Thumbs Up

In all honesty, so did I Thumbs Up

It was (and still is) a lovely bike.

But, we all have to make harsh decisions somewhere along the line, eh Wink

1988 GPX250 or a 1999 GPZ500

Which would you choose to sell first Question

Who wouldn't ?

I certainly did prefer the old one - colour-wise.

Sleek, black and red seem to have and edge on just black and green, I think.

But, colours aren't everything. It's the bike that counts Thumbs Up

It wouldn't bother me if the GPZ was pink and white. It's still the bike that matters (I could always get it resprayed Wink )

Yeh. It looks strange having a flip screen on the front. But, take my word for it, the wind is thrown right over your head.

This is an absolute 'must-have' when you're doing 120mph on the motorways (so I'm told - ahem Wink ).

At least you still have a bike ay.

Bet it would have pissed you off something special if you sold it and had no bike to replace her.

No they dont.

A bandit 6 is far quicker than a GPZ500.

This seems odd but there is this guy that lives about 2 or 3 doors away from me he had two bikes parked in front of his house in his little front garden and I swear he had that red and black GPX. The other bike is always covered so i dont what it is.
