Well i have been without my aprilia for over a month now Crying or Very sad First it was just a snapped clutch cable which led to disaster Razz

The bike was over heating badly so i took the clutch casing off to find the water pump cog has broken (probably caused when i fitted the clutch casing back on once the clutch cable had been fitted.

see picture below.

Anyway, I was wondering if i should bodge it with some super glue? Razz

NOOOOOOO

Dont bodge it. Should not be expensive, and I dont think superglue is that good on oily pieces of nylon type plastic

How the hell this that get cracked?

All the best

Hi

Yep, that cog is plastic, as is the one to drive the balance shaft. Nothing really important though. The NSR also has a few plastic cogs hidden in there

All the best

Keith
