I need some advice because I know nothing about motorbikes!

I have a Piaggio Sfera R reg that’s only done about 800 miles! I bought it brand new and duly crashed it about two weeks later!

I had it repaired to the cost £700 and it ran okay for about another two months albeit the steering handle or whatever you call was slightly off centre. Anyway it died on me on the way from work one night back in 1999 and it lay in my mate’s garage until about three months ago until I brought it up to Durham with me.

I want to know if they are relatively easy to strip down and if they are where can I get a Hayes type manual for them? I was told that the engine might not have necessarily seized, but how would I know?

If not where in the north east would someone have a look at it for me to see if it's worth me getting fixed?
