I don't get why people mount indicators like that on the rear, you've got to drill the fairings and they look totally crap.

What happened to the lower fairings, then?

When my mum got the bike the lowers were zip tied on. When she was driving it she said it made one hell of a noise. Im guessing the reason is that all the lugs were f*cked and the brackets broken. Looks like they have had a little bit of a scrape to. And phoenix i dont like them either they are some of the nastiest indicators i have seen and the mess they have made underneath Mad .

hehe, poor cbr4's - they always seem to get abused. Some guy I know who has one attempted to streetfighter his, and couldn't get the top fairing bracket off, meaning it's now got 2 pointy "antenae" sticking out where the screen should be Laughing 2nd gear doesn't work, there's no back brake lever, tyres are down to the carcass, you could probably pull the chain off the sprocket, throttle sticks wide open, and front brake is all or nothing Laughing What a machine..

2 huge guys once lifted it onto the flat roof of the local pub, that was pretty funny. Poor old bike, though Sad

This one has been abused abit by previous owners but it still runs like a dream. Only problem i have noticed is reg/rec and carbs and they are pretty easy to sort out. And thanks for the feedback people.

Nice bike Thumbs Up

Pics make it look quite tidy, quick fix, quick sale?

I have found that parts for odler bikes are relatively hard to get get hold of, depending on what it is of course.

I couldn't just replace the rec / reg on my ZXR, had to buy new (second hand for £45ish) altenator, a brand new one was priced at £500!

Good luck Thumbs Up
