except the exhaust and the intake plate JC20 are not restricted . i do not know if the exhaust restrictor is at the begining of the pipe or further down in it (about 8") the best is to fit a race exhaust and to take off the intake plate .

after doing the intake and or the exhaust I suppose the jet's need to be done? no.I was told the bike had a power valve on it and after say 6500-over7000 rev's it shift's but loses out on top speed say at 80-85 mph then it takes you 3mile or more to get to the other 6mile mph top end lol

does anyone have a problem with their fairing degrading into little bit's.I bought new fairing from honda for my italian jc20 nsr 125rm and with in about 4-5 months while taking it off for a service all the stand up screw in's (which there is two for each metal fastening) have vibrated into mush.the fastening's hold the lower fairing onto the main bike with two metal bracket's which fit just behind your heel on the peg's considering the fairing aint cheap at £100 per side I wondered if all bikes were like that . I have kept it as a half naked bike

the jetting on JC20 are big enough , i think they are something like 145,45,70 , but i am not a JC20 specialist . the best is to check how big they are , then i will ask everybody (JC20 owner) on my french forum .

No alains my bike came with the screw's that I am useing and honda say's they are correct even the ones that hold the metal bracket onto the fairing as you can see from the digital pic's that I have put on here as you can see the vibration has weakened the fairing lug's and screw pillars(as you could bescribe them.also as you wanted to know my jet number's do I have to strip the carb to get to them? if so then I would rather not as I know about some things but not that deep as I said my bike is an italian 1992 rm with an A after the serial number of the jc20
