If you have passed your test then yes you can, if you havn't passed it then no.

It's the license that decides wether you can carry pillions, not the bike: you are not allowed to carry a pillion with just a CBT regardless of engine size, but if you passed your test (A or A1) you are (even on a 50cc if you don't feel like going fast). See DVLA page for more details.

my other half got 3 points for having a pillion on a 125 and he had to L plates up. i dont bother hate taking pillions anyway.

I would never of gone pillion on my old 125, it just didnt look like it could take it if you know what I mean, of course it could but just looked so weak an tiny to what I am used to riding pillion on. Not been pillion for some time now since got my own baby but I still like to now and then, nice to chill out and just be able to look about with someone else taking care of the controls

i carried pilllion on a honda cbr125r 05 model, was ok slightly scary steering but still got going
