i agree no one cares which they dont, to steal a plate would be a bit careless the owner would know if it is copied no one knows. each scenario u have talked about i know some one who have driven without any licence etc my m8 who also lives in cardiff had his xr400 copied and sent him a summons for it saying he was speeding in bristol lol but the picture shows its not him. we wont be policed if anything the police will get smaller and smaller why to pay for the technology of today and tomrw. i heard something other day about the police being 10 thou down or something or am i getting wires crossed for there was 10 thou short of fines.
