Here’s a snack for ya…….

1 X Large plate
2 X White bread (I was using medium slice)
2 X sausages (thicker the better)
Strong cheddar (That’s best for me but you can change it)
Hot sauce (I was using a Mexican one)

Exactly in this order:-

Cook sausages under the grill
Get bread ready in the toaster
Slice cheese to sizes that cover the bread (I had 2 for each slice)
When sausages are cooking well pop bread down
Drop sausages down a level once nuked
Butter toast, add cheese to cover
Put toast and cheese under the grill (possibly lower heat)
Slice sausages length ways with sharp knife (4 slices)
Take melty cheesy toast out
Place sausage on
Add hot sauce to taste.

Drooling Thumbs Up

I think thats a good snack because usually you've got all the ingredients.
I guess you can replace the hot sauce with ketchup if you a big nonce. Cool Thumbs Up
