For all you weather watchers out there (and I guess as bikers we all are, right?) I use the attached link, which turns out pretty accurate most of the time. Just tap in your postcode and off ya go. It'll even give you an hourly forecast for the next few days. You sometimes need to click refresh a few times for it to load up properly.

I used the BBC forecast this morning (3.30am) to see what the weather would be doing in my area, and it informed me that it was minus 8 outside. IT wasn't, cos my bike didn't have any frost on it, and it started first time.

I use DesktopX comes with a wicked weather forecast prog you put in your town it then gives you 5 day weather forecast sunrise sunset etc etc.

As a courier I am a weather watcher so I can decide which bike to use, I watch BBC Breakfast and also the local news and weather and on Sunday's I watch Countryfile for the weekly weather so I get a clue about the week.

It's a neat little extension available that shows a forecast for the next few days in your status bar.

Good stuff as you can see at a glance what the weather is doing or you can click the icons for a more detailed forecast.

well in scotland at the moment its heavy hail/rain. thank god coz we need it. the roads are coverd in salt, sand and that anti-freeze crap the gritters put down. you just need to look at the streams of water that is running down the street to see how how filthy the road have been.

We have had lovely weather round here ( heathrow, outskirts of london ) Not a cloud in the sky, yea its still cold but U cant feel a bit of heat from the sun and that is the most refreshing feeling I have had in a while Laughing
