I have just bought one. They eMailed me to say they were out of stock and did I wnat a refund or wait a week. I waited and it turned up.

No proplems for me, althought this is only one example. They were also cheaper compared to The Visor Shop

I've used them a few times too. Not gonna buy anymore 'irridium' visors though, even if they are genuine, they just fade easily and scratch too...

Hi, my order with them went through fine. The only thing I will comment on in a slightly negative light is that it was delivered wrapped in some paper & thats about it.........No proper packaging

Got my dark tint visor from them couple of weeks ago, the delivery takes a bit longer than next day though cause they are based in the Channel Islands. But they posted mine the same day and is purely the logistics of sending a item from there that takes the time; took approx 3 working days to get here which is good service!

Don't know who they use for the courier though, but I was leaving the house one morning and it was left outside in a jiffy bag. Luckly it was in perfect condition, and is in no way a negative comment about the company as it is out of the control of racevisors.co.uk.

Def be using them again!

I used them for the first time last month and was very happy with the fast and friendly service.

I ordered a Pinlock ready visor, as I couldn't be bothered with the DIY hassle again, but they sent me one without the pins fitted, so I called them and explained and they asked me to return it and they would refund the postage to my credit card. I returned it, but the postage was so cheap they offered to send me some visor wipes instead, so I agreed and it all came back to me within a week.

They don't charge VAT and will also refund Customs' duty charges, should this happen to you.
