Just sent them off to be repaired, I have a pair of pants on loan until they are fixed.

The manager of Aintree HG said they'd of replaced them instead of refurbing them if I hadnt of burnt them on my exhaust in the first week Sad

Gutted.

Mate had a similar problem with a 3 week old pair that came as part of a suit that cost about 5-600 quid. The stitching came away at the knee (not very confidence inspiring Sad ) and they had to send them away for repair, only he didnt even get a 'loaner' pair. When the zip snapped on my oversuit the guy replaced it because he should 'normally send it away for repair but the shop is busy so I'll give you a new one' cheers mate!!

I pointed out loads of fraying on the inside of the jacket too and was told "That's just where the zip rubs on the inside"

So now have to put up with jacket and frayed lining.

Thats a bit weak, surely the question is 'Is the zip upposed to rub on the inside?'. Normally they are quite good at HG, if your not happy then stand your ground mate. Thumbs Up

Yes he is, he was the one that served me.

Just said it's supposed to rub and it won't detriment the material Sad

Was going to ask if I can trade in for a more expensive set as well instead Sad

Gutted.

Update.

Hein Gericke Textiles are utter shit.

The zip has snapped again, and all the material inside the jacket and trousers has frayed.

I took them back last time and they said I'd have to live with the fraying, and that they would've swapped them if I hadn't of burnt a hole through them on my exhaust.

Fucking fuming now.
