Stupid question i know but

i have just bought a Yamaha TZR 125 and dont have anywhere to keep it at night only outside my house, and with living on the isle of man it can get very windy at times, whats the best thing to do as i dont want it being blown over .plus there is not really any places of shade around

or would it take major storms for it to be blown over ie over 80 mile and hour

Cheers

Cully, My GPZ was blown over in the winds a couple of weeks ago and caused a lot of damage to the plastics and has totally fecked the tank. if it looks like its going to be rough lay it down before it gets blown down, and bloody hell you're right the winds pretty bad over here tonite.

it will be fairly easy to blow over in a high wind

my rs125 has done it a few times

put something soft between the bike and the wall you lean it against

Ah! That brings back memories. I had some great fun on a TZR 125 that I bought as a winter bike one year.

Bought it for £500 with six months tax and MOT, sold it a while later for £400 with neither, and had great amounts of fun in the intervening time.

depends on how much you'd like to spend, Harry Flatters in Ramsey, he takes his time, molly by the sorting office in Ramsey,
or Road & track, in Douglas are decent.

Let me know where you are, there are a couple of mates who may be able to help.
