Just wondering what exhaust it is on this bike, went to look at it today and looks nothing liek a DT exhaust, Plus its got yaMaha Stamped on it?

Looks like a DT exhaust to me.

You noticed that bikes had a front end crash?

A Lady Decided to write off my DT by driving into the back of it Crying or Very sad

The Mudguards been changed, but no sign of damage on it?

I think it's the shock covers that make them look bent, I thought they were iffy at first glance. Peel back the rubbers and get a steel ruler next to the stanchion, that should let you see if it's bent.

As for the pipe, aye you sure it isn't off a different model year bike?

No it won't. It looks like they are bent at the stanchion and the rest is straight.
