Depends if it's the two stroke or four stroke one I believe.

2t or 4T?

If 4T there's not really much you can do to increase the power.

If 2T i think it uses the TZR engine, so i guess it the same as doing that. The guys as www.125sportsbikes.com will know. Try asking there.

its 4 stroke version, bloke in a bike shop said he could make me an exhaust from a micron cbr 600, would this make it any more powerful?

4 stroke you are stuck i'm afraid. You cannot 'de rez' them par se, and performance work is expensive. You can get my bike up to 21 or so horsepower, but only if you got a couple of grand sloshing about.

buy a bigger bike! tuning a 4 stroke 125 is a waste. thats why my gs is staying standard-waiting for my brother to get his 636 so i can have his fireblade Cool

Hi

Don't expect much from a bodged on exhaust.

That engine can be tuned (I think it is designed as a 150 and slieved down for the Sachs) but will then have the life expectancy of a hand grenade with the pin pulled out.
