I wouldn't advise it,

You need all the information in your head from the previous day, otherwise you waste time going over what you've already done.

Sure, you'll have to relearn some things between lessons when you do them over a longer period, but that isn't necessarily bad. Eventually they'll be stuck in your head properly, which means you concentrate improving other things without having to constantly think about the basics.

Doing the same in just a few days means you just cram your head full of information without giving it time to sink in.

Which type of course suits you will depend on which way you learn best (some people cope well with a "crash-course" (no pun intended), some people don't) and how much you still need to learn:

Arrow Someone like me with absolutely no road experience would have to learn bike controls and road sense; that's just not going happen in 5 days (to a reasonable level, anyway).

Arrow Someone with a car license will have most of the road sense and only needs to learn bike controls. Might well work in 5 days (and often does from what people say).

Arrow If you've been riding on a CBT for a while you'll have the road sense and the bike controls covered and only need to learn how to control a different machine. 5 full days would probably be overkill, in that case.

You will forget how the bike feels.

It was a pain in the arse when doing my DAS as both me and GF do shift work. Trying to squeeze 4 days together to ride was hard, but well worth it.

I had to wait 2-3 weeks for new test date after I failed, in that time I had forgot quite a lot, it soon comes back though.

I think it's a bad idea because after my 5 days in a row training i had to come back in 5 days to do 1 more day & i completey forgot how the bike felt & fel uncomfatable, my U-turns were bad & i did awful until i got the hang of it again.

Best to do it all in 3 days if possible. If you do 4-5 hours solid on one day then the same the next day, when you come to the test on the third day it will seem like a easier day and the test time flies by.

I had been riding on a CBT for about 6 months before I went for the DAS, I then had 2 days training (09:00 to 16:00) and the test on the third day. A lot of the first day was getting used to the sit up and beg 500 as opposed to my RS125 though.

I dont think spreading it over such a lengthy time is a good idea as you will spend the first hour or so of each lesson getting used to the bike, thats no good if your test is at 9 in the morning like mine was. Thing is though, if you have no choice because of other commitments then you have to do what you have to do bud!
