Your best chance is industrial estate car park's at the weekend or in the evenings. Big shopping complex carparks after closing, although they're usually full of chavs.

Airfields cost money. Sad

Just be aware that Airfields cost money - because once youve paid to use the land, it is legal for you to practice.

Just because a car park is empty, or an industrial estate has closed for the night, dont assume that it is legal for you to take down 5 of your mates and set up for a night of practicing. So just be aware that if you do decide to go there, be prepared to burn off sharpish when the squad cars turn up Thumbs Up

Hilington industrial estate between Paisley and Glasgow Thumbs Up

I believe the police now have the power to do you with dangerous driving even though you are in car park - I think this was brought in recently Crying or Very sad

Wheen teaching myself to wheelie I chose a quiet, long, good condition road as opposed to a car park.

I would also say, that if you intend to do something like this on public roads / carparks...

Maybe it might prove usefull to move around a bit, rather than sitting around in the same place for hours on end. At least if your on the move regularly, you have less chance of arrousing suspicion (*sp?)

If you pay for the use of the land you open up a massive can of worms.
Like public liability insurance, provision of Ambulances, etc.

No problem, what racing do you do?

Grasstrack and speedway mainly, hire out fields from farmers for the grasstrack, and hire out speedway tracks from club owners for the speedway, and of course theres loads of paper work and that for the insurance stuff. Doh.

See i was going to say that,

But the amount of times ive used my brothers old PW80 to race around my garden, ive only ever got moaned at for the noise and mud being thrown up Laughing

Should have figured that dangerous driving would play a part, especially as my mate developed a certain fondness for my garden fence, and the large tree / bush at the bottom of my garden.

I practice in industrial estates, got about 3 locations where I've not really had any real trouble at.. spent hours on end there before but I try not to.. go there most nights for about an hour and have yet to be arrested Laughing although the police were sat there waiting for me one night Shocked

Car parks are good too but I'm yet to find one quiet enough Sad
