hi all... i have a mate with an 02 kym exc and he bought it unregistered and no paper work etc, he wants it on the road, how easy is it to do and wat route does he need to go down?

basically has anyone done it before

I assume he has got the bike legit, you can call DVLA and give them engine numbers etc and they will tell you if it is 'dodgy'. Then look here https://www.dvla.gov.uk/vehicles/vehicle.htm

You need a V62 form. Send it off with your details and they should send you a V5C. You might need to pay a fee - £19 IIRC.
