What's the best way to make a mould of a body part?

What's the best way to make a mould of a body part? (winks twice at monitor)
paper mache female mould, wax the inside so it doesn't stick then pour something into it? What can you use? something not too expensive. Any suggestions?

honest. I'll see if they do that latex stuff in the crafts shop by me looks interesting.
it doesn't really have to be all that good or hold too much detail, probably get awai with just paper mache. What could i put on the outside to make the paper mache smooth? Was thinking plastering it in white emulsion might do it.

there was a bloke on eurotrash who did moulds of models bodies

he would rub oil on their skin and then put clingfilm on top, then it was plaster of paris like what you get when you break your arm. cloth strips soaked in plaster, layerd up and let it set.

Buy some of that latex type stuff. Smell's absoloutely foul but does the job.

You'll need to cover your arm in papier mache to make a mould then fill this with the latex stuff to get your piece.
