I put it here as it feels such a dumb question. I've got really bad problems with the internal visor on my Caberg V2 fogging up. The clear one doesn't! Wondered what ideas people had as the two products I know work (being pin-lock and fog city), can't be fitted!

Cheers in advance.

also after shave cream, serious it works. rub in with soft cloth, then buff clean with new soft cloth.

They do its called a de-mister or heater plus if your breathing as close to the screen in your motor as you are to your visor you should back off about 3 ft and you can put rain ex on the inside that should stop it misting dont know weather it'll work on visors tho as there a plastic not glass

When i went paint balling, they used a mixture of just washing up liquid and water in a spray, spraying it on your visor then wiping it off with a cloth, it cleaned it and stopped it steaming up.
Don't know if it would work on a helmet or not, worth a try though.

Good luck

See if you can get a pinlock system for your visor, will save you money on sprays etc.

A tiny amount of washing up liquid applied to the visor and worked in will keep it clean and stop it from fogging up.

I bought a breath guard the other week as I have two visors for my TiTech. The original clear one is supposed to be antifog anyway - it works, but only with all the vents open and when it's not too cold (when?) I didn't like the breath guard at first. It felt awkward and took a while to get the positioning right. It was either too low and closing my nostrils, or too high and not deflecting my breath. I persevered though, and now it doesn't matter how cold it gets, there's no fog on my visors. Cheaper than fog city too. Thumbs Up

I 2nd the pinlock system... got it on both my tinted and clear visors and have never steamed up even with the visor down, raining and cold whilst stopped at lights.

Great system, but never had to drill the holes in my visor as they have already come pre-installed (Shoei).

Get a DIY system if your visor doesn't have the little pinlock mounting points that comes with drill bit and templates. Think its about £20 or less... check ebay or something!

Best solution I have used! Thumbs Up
