My Bandit 12

Heres my bandit 12, got it last october and am very happy with it. Put on the Scorpion exhaust and gained 14hp (!) 114bhp. Very happy!

Needs a jack-up kit very badly, and gotta get a smaller number plate, and a groovy fairing/light setup and a stage 1 jet kit, and a Corbin seat, and twin heads, and and and etc . . . . .

Most bandits you see now have crap paint jobs on and dont look very nice.

Your bike looks ace do they still sell these brand new from the showroom, mite buy one.

This one was the last special edition in my local dealers, but i`m SURE you can still find em in droves, and very cheap too, Brand new this was £4200. Cant moan really lol

People say various things about the Bandit, but at the end of the day they are built to a cost, they handle ok (not brilliant) but the 1200's go like stink and can get silly power for miniscule funds (new exhaust got me 14hp! although thats more to do with how restrictive the MASSIVE standard exhaust is)

Just got a jack up kit fitted and it handles 100% better though, all for £12 I cant fault it, Fazer Thou is undoubtedly a better machine, but where do they sell those for so little?

Remember him getting it dyno'ed at Bikerz and the guy turned round to him and said with a HUGE grin on his face

Im getting a set of RS36's shortly. I dont like the standard BST34SS as they make the throttle seem very remote.

These are 40s, which is probably borderline for the state of tune of the engine.

I do have a set of 40mm GSXR1100 CV carbs in the garage as well.
