2. once i have my 125cc if i sit my test can i ride any sized bike?
3. how long after being 17 do i have to wait before i can sit my test?
4. any advice on which 125 to get prefereply a sports ie. rs nsr mito etc

if you take a a2 for about 4days, it will include the cbt,
when you have completed it your allowed a bike up to 33bhp,
eg a full power mito, or a bigger RESTRICTED bike,
so you could have a r6 and get it restricted down to 33bhp,,,
it depends what type of bikes you like?
id say get a mito, there absolutly beautiful

You will not have to retake your CBT, it has a shell life of 2 years, and covers your up to 125cc (14.6bhp), for example if your took your CBT an automatic 50, at 17 you can ride a manual 125.

If you want to take your test at 17, this is the route i took:

CBT (16) ~£90
Theory (17) ~£21
9 hrs Training/test (17) ~£270/£55

After this is completed you can ride any bike you want, you have to ride it restricted to 33bhp (25Kw??) for 2 years, and make sure you dont get anymore than 6 points. After this your free.
