Got ?200ish to spend need a bike that works ish!?! HELP ME

Basically a friend of mine needs a bike to get around on or he is gonna start having problems his names shifty so dont care if its not taxed or moted as long as it runs and rides these bits would be sorted by me at a later date as title got £200 to spend not bothered about cc or cosmetics as long as it is rideable
