We were told a while back from our security people at work to be very wary if you use Google Desktop 3 as it would seem to copy data to Googles servers for 30 days.

We've added it as a prohibited file via the antivirus server, so can't be ran anyway.
Have blocked google earth also as people spend all day surfing instead of working!

I've spent most of this week looking at aerial photos of the worlds racetracks. Well there's no work to do, so... Whistle
