What is the diference between the NSR 125 and the NSR 125R?
The 1999 models for each bike are:
NSR 125 R?, the page title says NSR 125R, but the page says NSR 125. Which is it?

And NSR 125

The only difference seems to be the speed, is the 125R a suped up version, with a better engine?

There should be no difference. Most likely the guy who made the page was lazy and forgot to put the R in the end in all places.

Someone slap me if I'm wrong though...

But what about the top speeds?
In my first link, the top is 100mph.
In the second it is 68.4mph.

How is there such a difference?
A mistype? A restriction?

One is the bike in full power.
The other is the restricted version.
All of the bikes can be made full power.

There are no differences.
main difference is F (unfaired) R (faired)
the letters or numbers after correspond to the years.
