(Sorry boring post again)
Today new large screen was attached to my bike. I used to use smaller one(GIVI universal), but wasn't good at high speed. This new one reduces wind pressure to shoulders well, and make highway ride very comfortable. This shild is very nice Shocked

My new one is Guyra Shield by chic design (japan) and can change angle easily with knob. Sorry I don't know this is sold in europa.

A lot of people do fit the screens, I guess most do it for comfort rather than looks. I just don't think they look good without some sort of fairing. Taste is a personal thing, each to their own.

I had an F.Fabbri fly screen fitted on my ER-5, but took it off almost straight away as it made it look skinny and couldnt see the chrome clocks from the front, which i like the look of. Thumbs Up

Im going to fit one as I do use the motorway fairly frequently and they increase comfort by a big margin!

I enjoy the comfort of a full fairing but its a pain removing all that plastic when working on the bike.

Its amazing how a small screen like that is 75% as good as a massive fairing!

I agree, but the picture of the shield on that bike actually looks pretty good, Cant see the full bike so cant really tell but it seems like its not to out of place like most of em.

Got to say that looks a heck of allot nicer than any aftermarket screen ive seen in the uk Thumbs Up

They are great even if you only have one for long journeys, if your planing on going 200miles+ then its well worth the 15minutes it will take to bolt it on!

The only real dissadvantage to aftermarket screens like these (i.e. bar mounted) in high winds they act like a big plastic sail and steering can become.. interesting..
