It might be cheaper to find some fairing panels from a breakers then, as they have the stickers on them |

trouble is it comes with all the colours graphics and everything!! thats why they charge so much.........
as for the panels ... even the breakers know how to charge these days!!.... a full set of fairings all in good condition .. in the same colours would set back a pretty penny!!....
i painted my bike ....... and it looks gorgeous .......... just wondered if anyone knew anywhere that sold repro sticker sets that were a reasonable price! |

Try phoning David Silver Spares.
Here is their pricelist for the 2001 NSR125R decal set:
Honda logo over headlight - to order from Honda @ 4.44 GBP.
Upper fairing decals - to order from Honda @ 8.42 GBP each.
Large centre fairing decals - to order from Honda @ 41.29 GBP each.
Small centre fairing decals - to order from Honda @ 4.44 GBP each.
'NSR' centre decals - to order from Honda @ 13.24 GBP per side.
Lower fairing 'Honda' logos - to order from Honda @ 34.26 GBP each.
Tank decals - to order from Honda @ ?13.61 each.
Front tailpiece decals - to order from Honda @ 9.95 GBP each.
Centre tailpiece decals - to order from Honda @ 12.24 GBP each.
'Super sprint' decals - to order from Honda @ 16.69 GBP each.
'Honda' logo above tail light - to order from Honda @ 3.36 GBP.
And for 1999:
Honda logo above headlight - to order from Honda @ 3.36 GBP.
'Aero intake system' decals - to order from Honda @ 3.50 GBP each.
Fuel tank winged Honda logos - to order from Honda @ 5.89 GBP each.
All added up it really is about 350£!!!
BUT...they will give you a 25% discount if you're willing to wait for 3 weeks- can't really understand this one.
But Honda really does have outrageous prices when it comes to spare parts. My friend needed an 'air duct' for his NSR... you know the little black tube on either side, which is just this- a tube, for all I know it is purely decorative and guess what? The guy at Honda wanted 70£ for it!!!
The actual production cost for this piece of plastic is about 10 pennies if not less!!!
It's even worse with the decals which cost absolutely nothing to produce, no matter the number of colours used!
Arrrrr...a bunch of robbers they are, the lot of them!!!
They make excellent bikes though! ____________________ Woof! |

There's something wrong here...maybe it wa 130,50£ or something, we asked our local dealer for the fairings too and they were about 100£ each...
either that, or the Honda Latvia is having a very dodgy operation going on in these parts ____________________ Woof! |
