just taken in p/ex a 1997 yamaha sr125, only 10k miles, burgandy colour, nice clean bike, has 8 months mot and tax, just had new chain and sprockets, new pads/shoes, and full service. tyres are as new still. elecy start. very low seat so good for small peeps/learners ect. runs briliant, no leaks,smoke rattles. great first bike or comuter for someone. needs nothing, just get on and ride. also comes with datatag security. £695 ono, based in surrey but will deliver. mr.tattoo@ntlworld.com open to swaps p/ex ect? thanks

Ok here are some more details on the scoot.

It has 3579 km on the clock. runs pretty much perfect, there is rust on font end exhaust pipe. but can/muffler are more or less free from it.
The scoot is still restricted and I have the v5. Run on silkolene pro scoot 2t. and 95ron petrol.

It smokes like a bitch when you 1st start it in the mornin. but once this clears doesn't blow.
I recently changed the spark plug and adjusted loosening brake cable/tick speed.

I COULD sell the scoot (I have someone interested) so that i would have 600. but then comes saving for insurance

How much p/ex?

EDIT: I have just taken the scoot to my local motorcycle dealer (ash vale motorcycles) and the bloke in there has offered me 700 part ex.
and I would imagine he would sell on for 995.

i wouldnt give you no where near 700 for the scoot mate, the sr is VERY cheap as it is... id have to see the scoot really to say. prob 400 tops. depends what year ect. cheers buddy pics would be great, thanks
