Still not bought that Head and Shoulders?

No it's the same up my way too, bike cover is covered so I hope not much damage is done if any, but the other bike with no covered now has a white frozen water one.

Ah well, stupid gay English weather. Thumbs Down Sad

We had it, but not as bad as this.

It sounds like I'm ragging it in the video... just listened to it lol.

Wish I had the one from earlier, you couldn't hear the engine much as it was in a cocoon of snow.

You're telling me? Crashed today on ice. The b***ard gritters hadn't been out in Liverpool last night. Got from Warrington to Liverpool at 06:30am alright, but on entering liverpool, it was ice skating on bikes! Not surprisingly, I spilled it. There were cars spinning aound like tops all over the place! I was approaching a junction at about 10-15 mph, when the signals turned red. It was a choice of running through the lights or braking and crashing. Being 3 points away from losing my licence, I had to take the second option. Damage to myself; sprained ankle and bruised knee. Damage to the bike; scratched and cracked right front fairing, broken crash bung, right indicator ripped off and lost, right alternator cover deeply scratched, and minor scratches and dents on the can. The only pedesterian for miles around helped me pick up my bike, and take it to the side of the road. The bike started without a problem, and I got on and rode the remaining 3 miles with both feet on the road, slipping the clutch. I eventually had to move my bike onto the pavement, and ride on the pavement, as the road was a sheet of ice, and my bike was fishtailing like mad even at walking pace! I took the train back, as I didnt fancy riding on icy roads in the dark. No mate, it's not fun riding when it snows; it's a f***ing suicide attempt.

Would it be illegal for me to ride a bike without one indicator back home?

Unlucky mate.

And I rode without one for quite a while, didn't get stopped. You could just tell them it just happened and it will be fixed by tomorrow.

Shocked Sounds like a lovely ride! Sad

As far as I know, it's not illegal to ride without indicators; you can use arm signals.
