Nearest RSPCA or Cats Protection League are probably your best bet.

Does it have to be a kitten? As you are more likely to find a mature cat that needs a home to be honest.

I know a friend of mine who is going travelling next month took both her cats to Southport RSPCA a couple of weeks ago and one of them was male and mostly black. Not really a kitten though he's about a year old now.

On a serious note im after a kitten to for my inlaws .Ive spent countless hours searching online an papers etc .

Doesn't seem the right time for kittens tho atm give it couple months .

I used this method on my last cat, I find ultra gloss paint gave it the best "shine" along with some mr sheen.

Well as you know with painting its all about the prep work. Get that right and the coat lasts a lifetime.

Strap it to a table and take a belt sander to it first.
