To be honest, I wouldn't worry about Karma too much, as long as it doesn't go red, there's not a lot of difference.

To set someone as a friend you need to add some personal data, then save your profile.

You can then go to someone elses profile and find the relationship drop down box, select friend and click on the button next to it.

Basically dont piss people off dont get into arguements an agree with stuff you disagree with or you end up like me an sigi .Our karma goes up an down more times then a whores nickers .

If you enjoy a good debate "Arguement" then dont worry about the karma atall .If you wish to be seen as highly interlectual an polite dont ever post in (Fights an flame wars) an never start a post that may end up there or your karma gets battered .

Basically the more you post in the good parts of the forum for example General biking the workshop etc ,The better your karma is also if you post info that others find either funny helpfull etc they can rate your post if they give good rates your karma goes up if they disagree an down rate you your karma goes down ..

Me i learnt to not care people will either help or not no matter how your karma is .You will also find the fair few peopel who enjoy winding you up just to get you to get a karma bashing .
