im taking the battery of my 6r as its fooked and replacing it with a brand new one which is charged, by swapping them over will it mess the imobilser up? e.g. imobilser not swtich of by the fob because it things its been tampered with or something? the alarm/imobilser on the bike is a meta one. retarted questions i know but i would be fooked if it didnt switch off afterwards

No it shouldn't. The alarm will have a back up battery in it.
