I have seen this before in various versions and thought I'd share...
Bikes are like women, its all about personal choice...
They are expensive but once you have been riding a while they kinda get in your system. Some are good looking but not very interesting when you get to know them, others are plain or perhaps ugly, but jeezes...what a ride. Lots are easy to maintain and some cost a lot to keep them going.
Theres nothing wrong with a foreign import and colour isnt an issue, some of us are lucky to get one thats unridden and brand new, lots of us get them second hand that have previous owners that either mistreated them or kept them well tuned.
Not everyone can keep the same bike forever and needs to change now and again, some of us keep the same bike from new and have more than one.
Keep your bike sweet and you will enjoy it, but be careful it could throw you off at anytime with one little mistake.
But for sure there is no point keeping something you dont get on with and can't ride.....but again someone will be happy with it because its down to personal choice and compatability.
So dont knock anyones choice of bike, they need to find what they are happy with and ride it as often as they can.
...and dont forget to wear protection when you ride.
