Been playing Final Fantasy 7. (proper version, not pirated) The game crashed (black screen) and when I restarted the computer, windows is rotated through 90 degrees to the right.

I shit you not, I have the monitor on its side as I type.

Oddly, if I start the game again, everything is the right way up.

Running windows XP.

Anyone know what the hell is going on?

I have a radeon gfx card and in the monitor settings there is a shortcut for rotating the screen. I think it's Ctrl + ALT + R

maybe you have something similar and you pressed the shortcut keys by mistake?

Should be under advanced Display settings somewhere.

Yeah thats mostly designed for TFT's as they are able to swivel so you can type things in portrait mode, which can help somewhat. Thumbs Up
