Any of you Hornet owners or the mechanically minded recommend a chain and sprocket set for my Y plate hornet?

X-Ring vs O0ring ?? whats the real difference

As an extra question I was considering downgearing to 15/ 45 is it worth the hastle? Is there much extra acceleration or will I be riding everywhere on one wheel, I'm not particularly heavy so the front seems to come up fairly easy plus I guess the speedo would be out by a bit Question

Thanks
