NSR125 Airfilter Change

Hi i was wondering if its worth changing the airbox to a K&N style filter does this make much difference and if its worth doing which filter would you suggest

no cone filter on this bike , mixture will be impossible to set permanently . clean or change the foam , that's all you can do
