At first guess I'd say it's the diaphragm in the fuel tap, or the vacuum pipe leading to it, leaking.

hi i have cleaned the carb out and cleaned the air filter and petrol is getting through from the petrol tank perfectly does anyone know wot could be causing it to only rev to 5000rpm cause i dont know wot it could be but also the plugs keep getting fouled up with oil could it be the oil causing the 5000rpm problem cheers  |
