Alright,

Well you may have noticed I'm doing a clear out and I gotta get rid of the RS50 too. I got it to build back up, but... I cannot be bothered now...

Anyway it's a 2002, log book in my name. Wasn't a write off, engine went pop. I have 2 engines for it, one has a excellent barrel and piston and a fooked bottom end. The other is just a spare for parts. But you can pick up full engines for these for as little as £80 (bought my mate one last year).

I have all parts for it, inc some carbon look levers (still in packaging) and some new gasgets. Oh and the exhaust system is nearly brand new too.

Anyway offers? It's going on the bay soon.

Cheers,

Diehard Thumbs Up

P.S. I have loads of pics, close ups of the panels etc, that pic is before I removed the engine and washed the bike... Neutral

Can you give a ball park figure of what you expect to get for it, or what you'd like to get for it.

I'm possibly interested, but your quite a way from me.

PM if you dont want to post a fig on the thread.

Thumbs Up

Ok, bit late on the response but I have just got back from a mental night in Edingburgh... (note to self, £200 on a night out is tooo much)....

But anyway, I'm in County Durham (Darlington to be precise), and as for price, I was looking at about £400.

Thumbs Up

£400 does sound dear for a crashed, blown up bike to be fair on him.

Maybe £300 but you can get running ones for £4-500.

People who know me on here, know I sometimes put an ambitious price on some things as I expect to be haggled with.

The amount of things I sell a month has shown me that for every item I get knocked down on, I sell another at a price that was more than I was hoping for. As in today I sold my XDA Exec for £370... I only wanted £330...

Anyway all prices I put on things are set on what the going rate is, plus a little ambition sometimes... You never know someone might just want the exact thing you are selling.

Just seems to be a tread on here recently for people to flame other member's posts out of spite rather than relevance. Mind it is real easy to insult someone when your not facing them... Bit sad really, mabe I'm just too nice Twisted Evil .

Oh and I have never ridden the RS50, why would I need to when I have passed my test too and did ride a Ducati 750ss (up until last week), and now a GSXR... and probs have owned / ridden 15+ bikes now...Know the facts fool. Nothing like a bit of fun on a Sunday night...

Nope, none of the ZXR's are Ninja's, not even the 750's. The first ones to be badged as Ninja's were the ZX6 / ZX7 & ZX9's.

What, she just woke up, told you you were dumped and buggered off?

Happy birthday! Thumbs Up
