Well i went out for a bit of a blast yesturday and i noticed that i was a bit slower than i was last summer, and when i went straight across this roundabout which i planned to KD on and i didnt touch down i was like WTF? so i went back and kepped on trying until i eventually just went all the way round with KD but it still took me quite a bit of practice to throw it in KD then out.

Last summer i would be able to KD almost on a straight, i need to go out for more blasts till i get back to being as fast as i was last summer.

Although i have noticed that i am a lot quicker in the wet as i used to be so slow and now i keep quite a good pace, suppose the winter isnt all bad.(i ride all year round BTW)

Anyone else noticed that there fast riding skills arnot quite what they were last summer??

A J

I've noticed it too. I've been pushing my tyres right to the edges, yet my knee still won't brush the tarmac this year. It's all down to body positioning, which I haven't fallen back into yet. maybe this evenings track session at Cadwell will help. Hope so.

And yes, I do ride year round.
