views on mohawks?

what are peoples views on helmet mohawks?

i brought one because my bike is a bit subtle and i want to be noticed (well maybe a 2 stroke with half a baffle from corrosion gets noticed anyway)

i think they are a bit of fun but my mate dosent agree

what do you guys think?

Ok, I liked the looks, but to be honest they are a REAL pain. They drag a lot causing neck aches and make blind spot checks an impossibility at speed.... they also have a habit of falling off any but the newest of helmets as once the surface is pitted from stones/salt/insects/low flying birds/bar ends etc the suckers won't stick well.
