The tread on my rear tyre is very low and i need another as its probably bordering close to beign illegall.

Thing is untill i get my student loan through sometime in may i cant afford a new one, so is there any track-users who have have a spare set with quite a bit of tread on that they would be willing to sell??

The bikes a zxr400 and i think the rear tyre is a 160, 60, 17

Cheers
Tom

Hi

There is a place in Stafford that does some 2nd hand bike tyres. Down on the estate near Focus Do It All, next to the "adult" shop.

All the best

Keith

If you do go there...

Make sure it's the right place, otherwise you might get some very funny looks if you start asking for 'used rubber'!

Had a look this morning and it wasn't in the trailer. That either means its been nicked or its in the garage somewhere.

Will have another look when i get in from work. Thumbs Up

Have a look on motoforum.net for people selling race scrubs. And if you've not already, ask around at local tyre places to see if they've got or can get scrubs. Thumbs Up
