From thames valley police...
Riding to work, came to an uphill T-junction, to which me and the car infront were turning left. I approached slowly, checked that it was clear to pass onto the road and accelerated. I had pressumed that the car infront had moved. It hadn't. I hit the car at an estimated 15/20mph. Bollocks hit the tank and i went over the handlebars landing on my lower back/arse.
I left about 3/4 small dents within about 3 inches of eachother on the tailgate.
Like this (same car):

Was decided at the scene that i wasnt really able to argue against blame and i don't see much point in doing so. Its just one of those things, and im going to have to learn from my mistakes.
The women i hit was really pissing me off though. She insisted that an ambulance was called (for herself) as i said that one was not needed for myself. She was blatently trying to milk it, to which both the police and ambulance people picked up on. Quoting the police officer "She could of won an Oscar for that performance".
I'm taking some kind of bike safe course asap, which is advised by the Thames Valley red/yellow card scheme.
Well i feel like I've been had a good kick in, and my heads gone funny. Think i might take a trip to the docs in the morning.
Just as a last comment BIG to the biker that pulled up and stayed and talked me though. Top bloke
