ive fitted a big one front pipe to my dt125 and its not running right, ive also got an open air filter. Ive tried a 210 and 220 main jet and kept playing with the idle and mixture screw. But still not havning any luck. What else can i do to it?

What's your spark plug telling you?

Is a 220 main jet not really big?

Late model dt125's standard jet size is 210. If you have fitted a new pipe and air filter you should be looking at least around the 240-260 main jet size. You should never mess about with the mixture screw unless you you know what your doing.

My Standerd Jet was a 240

I then ran a 210 with the open filter.

ive just tried the 220 today with the pipe.

Shall i try it with the 240?

If you're letting more air in then you should be letting more petrol in, not less Shocked

If standard was 240 you're probably going to need an even bigger one.
