Last night (in Liverpool)

Saw a cager pull out halfway on a red R6 down my road... The biker stopped, and instead of letting the biker past the car pulled straight out, nearly hitting him... As they came up to me I did the wanker sign and the guy pulled up to me and said "Bet that twat isn't watching the think bike adverts!" and then pulled off.

Can't believe that someone can pull out, realise that there's someone on the road, and then continue to pull out!

it's really bizare how they will move out hesitate ten continue to move out once they have clearly spotted you.

Its like ooops is that something there coming up the road.... oh well might be.....ah fuck it Shocked

When doing my rider training they told us to watch the cars tyres at the front to see if they are moving out towards you.
Seems to be off little help as they seem to creep out anyway .
Sometimes even close enough for oyu to think they might knock you off coming in behind you.

It takes like an extra 2 seconds of their time to wait....but noooooooo

Fuck em
Middle Finger

As of having the pull over on me. I can handle it when I duck up the overtake from behind. they still should be looking but you can get from behind to beside em pretty quick.

The one that really shits me though is the one thats gone passed you and knows you're there somewhere but still doesnt farkin look before changing lanes etc.

That's the first time you've seen that?!?!

Laughing try riding around London mate, when I was commuting that was a daily occurence, even round here it happens a lot. Like yesterday I was coming up to a mini roundabout and I'm slowing down to check on my right (give way to the right and all that) then as I pulled on to the roundabout a young girl in a 206 just goes straight across without so much as looking in my direction, 2 seconds later and she would of just smashed right into me. And then she gave me the finger because I bibbed her, Rolling Eyes.

Yup, unfortunately actually was the first time I've seen something REALLY stupid like that.

I've shit myself countless times when cars start moving when I'm about a metre from them, and pull in right behind me, I always think they're going to hit me :S

Happens all the time, sometimes because they can't see me but I have formed a sort of foresight, I think everyone does, that you just know when someone is going to pull out, and I slow down and move into clearer vision, and usually in my lid say 'Look, look then look again wankstain' Or something like that.

I think some of it is down to the fact that we are smaller so they think that gives them right of way. Would be good if we could turn the bikes into 18 wheelers at the push of a button if they do decide to pull out regardless.

Thumbs Up Smile

Same thing this morning...

Was following another biker this morning up the A45 from the M1 to Northampton and a Focus (or lack of) pulled out from the filter lane and almost broadsided the bike in front as it pulled into the middle lane. Close run thing as far as I could see as the bike managed to nip in front of the car at the last second. One of those situations where both were pulling into the middle lane from the inside and outside lanes but The car should've been looking. The car eased off the power right in front of me so I had to get around him. I nipped around the outside of the car, tooted the horn once just so he would know I was there, and headed up the exit slip 300 yards later...

yup I'm sick of being bullied on the road so I ALWAYS stand my ground and ride really far out not so far out that I can be undertaken but so far out that its hard to overtake.

Iwas thinking along the lines of building an ultimate bike 26000CC (with x2 T62 diesel engines) such that the roles are reversed , but then I thought it folly due to weight restrictions and having to engineer a crank to be able to take 26000CC power the clutch would be bigger than one you'd find on a lorry

Fit lorry airhorns to your bike so that instead of bipping them you can parp them.

See them jump when they think they just cut up a big rig. Cool

A lamborghini* did this the other day..

Crept up to and past the line "oh aye, thinks i" then decided he wants to go into my bit of nsl road.. then notices something is actually comeing and stops in the middle of the road... i've already slowed right down and would prefer this dickend to be in front of me rather than behind.. so i politely considering how unpolitely i could have indicate he go in front.. only to go @30 fecking ejit.. so i hammer it at near enough redlineing and go arround, the twart decides its now a race Rolling Eyes

Allways watch for yuppie twats arround golf clubs that have infinitely more money than driveing ability and i.q's colse to their european shoe size..

get a can of compressed air instead , but then again pre 2003 Cgs had kickers so making the battery flat isn't so bad , on a leccy start its verra bad

Have had far too many idiots pull out in front of me.

As soon as I'm back on the road I'm fitting an airhorn to the bike, might wake the fuckers up. Just one of those aircans from halfrauds, cheapish enough and loud enough to deafen you.

standard car driver behaviour.

if there is time to blast them with a horn, there is usually time to take avoiding action and stop the dozy twats hitting you.

People are still aloud to use there mobiles here and it f*cking stupid. they swerve all over the place and drive slower.

On the way back from college I had some bint start moving over to my lane, Now how you dont see my fat ass on a bike is amazing. My back wheel was in view easy to her but she kept coming. Now I personally dont wanna be pressed into the 4ft high concrete median. So I hit my horn and the shitty MEEEEP! doesnt work.

She keeps on coming so I let go of the throttle and beat the sh*t outta her car from front to back kicking and hittin Mr. Green And started to chase her. She dropped the fone and soon f*cked off on the next exit silly bitch Confused

They're must be something in the air around here....

Just been to pick up my girlfriend and I'm pulling off the roundabout at Lakeside when a dozy bint with a car full of kids blatantly pulls out on me, I locked up the rear and skidded for about 10-15ft before stopping about an inch from her door. Her excuse? "I didn't see you!"

Iv been lucky and only had 1 person pull out on me. That was on my first day riding back from my CBT so it scared the shit out of me, probably did me some good and made me more aware of the other idiots on the road.

There's alot of truth in this, my mate has fitted a set to his ZXR400 and it is really loud, just two airhorns and going under tunnels when they cut him up fudge knows what they think he must be on, with the D+D and the airhorn sounds really loud.

Don't think they'd do it again. Well, I tell a lie, they will.

..cagers... today while i was filtering through a bit of traffic on a dual carriage way, well was quite alot of traffic Razz some bloke in his bmw decides hes just gonna move as far to the right of his lane to stop me going through, and then just sat there watching me in his mirror, he must of found this hilarious as he carried on doing it for about 150 metres, by then i was feeling a bit of rage coming on, so i let him creep forward then i went behind him and round the left side of his car tapping his window as i went passed. Then he beeped me , i hate bmw drivers.

Sitting in a big metal cage, with ram bars on the front to knock all the bikers out of the way as they own the road.
