Was anyone else there at junction 11 this morning.
The front of the que turned into an impromtue bike meeting.

The motorway was completely blocked for an hour and a half, all of the bikers filtered through to the front of the que and there we stayed.
Once the way was clear and we got the ok from plod it was like the wacky races, aprox 25 bikes over three lanes all going for it!
Luckily no one was seriously hurt in the accident, so we didn't have fun at someone elses expence.

It's a bitch when you enjoy going to work,.......on your bike! Thumbs Up Very Happy Very Happy

I've been in something similar to that. A few years back on a choked M25 just after having left Brands WSB (with everyone filtering like a bastard) the Police put up a 3 lane roadblock and pulled what looked like 20-30 bikes. Once they let us past, there must have been 30+ bikes all going for it, a good few on the back wheel Laughing

The best was on the way there in the morning though, we got into a group of around 100 bikes, circulating a mostly empty M25 with no-one doing less than 120, all sharing lanes. We caught up with a rep driver hogging the 3rd lane, he didn't know what hit him Laughing

One half of the group dived up the inside two lanes, as they did this he moved half across into the 2nd lane in a vain attempt to get out of the way. As he did this, another 20-30 bikes dived up the gap emerging in the 3rd lane. Now stuck in a 2nd/3rd lane limbo, he was like that until out of sight in my mirrors as hundreds of bikes shot past.

I suspect his lane discipline improved after that one Smile
